ROCK COMPATIBILITY: Ideal for hard rocks like granite with compressive strength > 75MPa. For softer rocks like sandstone and limestone, these anchors may not be strong enough to support heavy loads.
INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS: The recommended bore length in rock is 70mm, with a placement length of 62mm. Choosing the correct bolt size is crucial based on the base rock's strength.
HANGER SPECIFICATIONS: Minimum breaking strength of the hanger is 25kN, tested in radial and axial directions. Older versions marked 22kN are still reliable, with an average breaking load of 40kN.
STRENGTH AND SAFETY: Radial load cutting strength in 50MPa test concrete blocks is 25kN for both M10 and M12 sizes. Axial pull-out strength is 25kN for M12 bolts and 15kN for M10 bolts.
