FITS 1" AND 2" BARS: This T Bar Row fits 1" Standard Weight plates, 2" Olympic plates, and Olympic bumper plates. Simply insert the barbell, hex bar, weight bar, or squat bar into the mouth of the tube, and adjust the as needed. It is recommended you use 25lb Olympic plates or higher.
EASY INSTALLATION: Just insert the T Bar Row Attachment into anOlympic plate and then insert your 1" Standard plate or your 2" Olympic bar and you are ready for your workout.
