Return and refund policy

Return Eligibility

At Amber World Wide, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and included parts must be returned.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at orders@amberworldwide.com
  • Include:
    • Your order number
    • Product name(s)
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Please do not return items without an approved RMA number.

Return Shipping Costs

Our Error

If the return is due to:

  • Incorrect item shipped
  • Duplicate shipment
  • Wrong size sent
  • Defective or damaged product

We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost.

Buyer’s Remorse

For:

  • Accidental purchases
  • Order cancellations after shipment
  • No longer wanting the item

The customer is responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • A 15% restocking fee

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the issue.

We will offer:

  • Replacement parts
  • Replacement item
  • Refund or alternative solution if replacement is unavailable

Lost Shipments

If:

  • Tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package
  • Your package is significantly delayed

Please contact us immediately. We will initiate a carrier investigation and provide a replacement or refund based on the carrier’s findings.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Please allow:

  • 7–10 business days for processing
  • Additional time depending on your bank or payment provider

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Used products
  • Items damaged by misuse
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Customized or special-order products
